昨天临睡前，犯了2。一次刷新后 开心网头部变黑了，下面直接就是一连串的显示调试，浏览器调试，认为是我无操作导致。
直到一轮检查过后才意识到，可能是哀悼，全国哀悼，互联网哀悼。腾讯微薄的开启给了我结论的验证。
今早打开电视，千篇一律，这两年还真的是多灾多难，看来地球母亲的心脏已不太好。
前天夜里坐在奔奔车里听到一首范玮琪的歌，感觉不错，突然有把播来再听的念头，于是Command＋T，google，音乐。彻底崩溃了⋯⋯ ⋯⋯
直接回到了床上，继续我的发自内心，深刻至极的哀悼⋯⋯

今天去了一趟人大，因娱乐活动是网吧，直接折返家中，下午写了下Quora。几盘星际2过后，无事可做。
周五关系较好的同事反应，我频道下Audio Converter有些问题，刚刚看了下，简直不是有点问题，可以说是一塌糊涂。推荐下载3款软件我从一个专业角度去说，毫无可推荐性。从一个普通用户来说，这几个玩意简直垃圾透顶。再说第一页所罗列软件，没有图标的很多，几乎被开发商恶意提交的内容包办整屏。我要一个首次来站的用户，肯定不会给出一个好分数。
对策，有什么好的办法？是换下来运营合作推广软件，还是停止开发商提交收录？显然这2种方式都是行不通的。运营专员，显然每天在花着力气做logo推广的工作，不给予软件作者（开发商）展示位，无疑将大大降低此项工作进程。至于开发商恶意提交，这部分下周做下限制吧，明天花些时间在其他分类转转，预计视频转换的分类也是一样的糟糕。目前想想，推荐下载自然会替换掉根本无法使用的软件，虽然我不常用这些音频转换类软件专著与iTunes正版音乐，但随口便可说出几种不错的免费软件，例如：X Lossless Decoder 。至于这些乱七八糟的软件，做一轮图标补全，将突击添加是混子们搞错分类的软件转向它们该去的地方，之后也只能由它去吧，转换类软件本身就是就是混乱的一片沼泽。
这些问题在现有阶段是无法避免的，我把频道发展规划成OE－OD－OB－OS，四个阶段，结合现在的人手其实已很吃力，新闻，专题等一系列工作，使得OE尚未完成时，涉及了一些我原本在OD与OB要做的内容，只好有针对性的进行调整。就现阶段人手配备来说，我更愿意多去选择那些刚走出校园，自身提升空间高的加入团队，培养，辅导。
搭乘苹果风，成就财富路的神童

现年16岁的英国少年克里斯蒂安·欧文斯(Christian-Owens)居住在北安普敦郡科尔比。欧文斯在其7岁的时候得到了第一台电脑。三年后，他拥有了一台苹果Mac电脑，并且开始自学网页设计。四年之后，在 2008年，也就是在他14岁的时候，他成立了第一家公司，一个简单的网站Mac Bundle Box，Mac Bundle Box依赖于苹果自身的设计指南和风格。
网站在限定时间内，以折扣价销售打包的简洁Mac OS X应用。欧文斯会与开发者进行协商，以折扣价获得他们开发的应用。打包应用加起来的零售价为400美元左右，而他以十分之一的价格出售。
不仅如此，如果有足够多的用户够买了该应用包，网站还会针对所有买家推出一款解锁版新应用，这保证Mac Bundle Box获得了很好的口碑宣传。欧文斯还将其全部销售额的一部分做慈善事业。
实际上，在Mac Bundle Box成立的前两年就已经为欧文斯赚了100万美元(约合70万英镑)。
欧文斯并不满足于此，他已经投身于另一项新投资，一家名为Branchr的付费点击广告公司，Branchr在逾1.75万家网站、iPhone和 Android应用上，每月发布3亿次广告。Branchr称，公司在上述平台中，发布基于内容关联、行为定向、发布者定义和地理目标的广告。 Branchr在成立的第一年已经赚了80万美元，公司还聘请了包括欧文斯母亲艾莉森(Alison)在内的8位成年员工。

2010－2谷歌花5000万美将Aardvark收入囊中，Aardvark是第一家主打社交搜索的站点。2010－3，Quora获得Benchmark Capital公司风投，该网站由Facebook 前工程师VP Adam D’Angelo 所创办。产品尚未上线，即被估值 8000 万美元。相比之下，已经上市的Answers估值大约6200万美元。社交问答网站的兴起社交老大哥Facebook在7月28日，面向5亿用户开放了问答。
Quora实现了互联网模式创新，首先它以新的传播形式对内容进行传递，其次它重新定义了信息间的关系。区别于现在主流问答系统yahoo问答，百度知道，Aardvark这些问答服务均依托搜索，Quora在搜索的基础上重新塑造了人与人之间，人与信息间的关系－可以follow一个人（发问的，答题的都算在内）可以跟踪一个话题，可以针对单一问题所有回答跟踪，由用户分辨最佳答案。
其实刚刚开放的Quora思考的已经很多了，就拿利用twitter与facebook的账户直接登录来说，有百利而无一弊。直接让更多的用户参与同时，有效的防止了搜索引擎的索引。而邀请注册的机制，能使站点获得更多“名流”加入，这是老模式的融入，腾讯微博借此同打名人牌单凭内容质量的确高过新浪。facebook的价值很大一部分出自用户的实名，Quoar也同样意识到这点，也在构建着自己的实名问答系统。
有关盈利模式，这个其实不用太过担心，几年前的互联网还在讨论google如何赚钱的话题，现在已经明了啦。无论是提高内容质量，控制忠实用户，还是直接融入广告（Aardvark的投资人August Capita公司首席分析师David Hornik说，“当人们提问的时候，会展现出很多广告信号。”）都是后话，现在需要的只是构建强大的用户系统，在思考明天的同时，获取几亿用户。
不用置疑，Quora的模式出现对传统维基百科类站点将是一种挑战。很可能在未来日子，Quora重塑人对知识库概念。
簋街夜战归来

到家了，簋街大吃一场。谢谢奔奔，代杰，还有早就听说确第一次见面的美女崔颍（沙冲，平平你们这两没良心的）。最近的确很烦，一星期没睡过超过4小时的觉了，躺下也翻来覆去。
麻小还是“天一阁”的好，吃不腻。回来还是没有睡意，继续发牢骚。刚刚发了翻墙工具给奔奔，他竟然不知道为什么facebook不能访问，看来国防组织知名度还有待提高。今天越越回国了，也向我索要mac下的翻墙工具，我已经用vpn多时了，这单机使用的帐号也不能随便发，想想办法虚拟自由门吧。
晚上时间实在不好打发，看完今天的行业报告了，没有找到什么亮点，国内很少见到什么模式的创新，看到的要么是夸夸其谈的扯淡报告，要么就是沉芝麻烂谷子的营运模式。朋友哪里发过来一份移动的立项文稿，中国移动到真能想，竟然给短信加上tags系统，做为短彩增值打包发送，垄断形成后，钱来的还真是容易。
9月初要去深圳，准备，准备，再准备。首先搞定正事儿，其次找找翔儿～给自己放松下。
看来奔奔现在facebook玩美了，不写了，开vpn上去挑逗他。
时隔一年重返开心网

一年了，删除帐号一年了。今天又重新注册了开心网，其实也没有什么目的，只像看看朋友们都在做什么，都在看什么。
回归算是回归，但不会再去碰那些杂七杂八的功能。登录不回去看消息中心以下的任何内容，对我来说用个状态条及评论留言系统够了。
一个寻猫启事引来的深思－设计简洁之路

事实上这个故事应该引发各位设计师及产品经历的思考，事实上经历过一轮又一轮的浮夸洗礼后，人们已经厌倦。简约实际突出主题，一针见血的设计才是当今大众所所接受的。成功摆在眼前，苹果是这样做的，并没有过多华丽的效果堆积，和谐自然。去除作品中给人带来不必要的惊喜感，这样的作品会受到更多人的赞同。

I never said I don’t like cats. Once, having been invited to a party, I went clothes shopping beforehand and bought a pair of expensive G-Star boots. They were two sizes too small but I wanted them so badly I figured I could just wear them without socks and cut my toenails very short. As the party was only a few blocks from my place, I decided to walk. After the first block, I lost all feeling in my feet. Arriving at the party, I stumbled into a guy named Steven, spilling Malibu & coke onto his white Wham ‘Choose Life’ t-shirt, and he punched me. An hour or so after the incident, Steven sat down in a chair already occupied by a cat. The surprised cat clawed and snarled causing Steven to leap out of the chair, slip on a rug and strike his forehead onto the corner of a speaker; resulting in a two inch open gash. In its shock, the cat also defecated, leaving Steven with a wet brown stain down the back of his beige cargo pants. I liked that cat.

I don’t have a cat. I once agreed to look after a friend’s cat for a week but after he dropped it off at my apartment and explained the concept of kitty litter, I kept the cat in a closed cardboard box in the shed and forgot about it. If I wanted to feed something and clean faeces, I wouldn’t have put my mother in that home after her stroke. A week later, when my friend came to collect his cat, I pretended that I was not home and mailed the box to him. Apparently I failed to put enough stamps on the package and he had to collect it from the post office and pay eighteen dollars. He still goes on about that sometimes, people need to learn to let go.

I know, but that one is cute. As Missy has quite possibly met any one of several violent ends, it is possible you might get a better cat out of this. If anybody calls and says “I haven’t seen your orange cat but I did find a black and white one with its hind legs run over by a car, do you want it?” you can politely decline and save yourself a costly veterinarian bill.

这几天其实算起这里架设了3个博客，这个为自己记录生活琐碎。
其余2个为工作架设给团队，一个中文博客 够苹果，一个英文博客 apple-user，原设想让能力出众的吕明丽发挥再起一个日文blog（毕竟日本是世界第二大Mac占有率高）但是日文化一个模版我的确搞不定。我个人花钱买域名，买空间，每年也要花费近千元，其实真的很想通过blog形式让他们的能力上升一个高度，他们都是刚刚走出校园不久的学生，其实这确实是一个有效的方式，写好一个blog除了要有毅力以外，还要有更多的综合阅历，并不是每个人都能完成了。也通过这个为之后的频道资讯暮色佳人吧，希望他们自己也去努力，而不是把他当作每日工作的量化差事。
2个字形容博客吧。坚持，博客并不需要多么华丽的辞藻，只需要坚持。我会坚持让他们把这项工作开展下去，哪怕带来的负面效果再大，我认为这项工作是值得去赌的。不能因为慢热就不去搞，那样永远热不起来。希望3个月，4个月，5个月～今年年底吧，希望能有两个有说服力的apple blog出现。
